Coty

François Coty’s perfume house in Paris, which made perfume a product for many and worked with Lalique.

François Coty started his perfume house in Paris and sold perfume to a broader public than before. He worked with René Lalique, who designed bottles for him.

Perfumes such as L’Origan and Chypre became models for whole families of scents. Coty later became a large cosmetics and perfume company with many licences.
