Italian furniture maker in Giussano in Brianza, known for offices, wardrobes and Gio Ponti's furniture.
Angelo Molteni started a joinery firm in Giussano in Brianza. After the war the family firm moved into industrial production and worked with architects and designers.
The group later bought Dada for kitchens and Unifor for offices, and it makes Gio Ponti's furniture under licence, such as the D.153.1 armchair. Molteni&C has worked with designers such as Aldo Rossi, Jean Nouvel and Vincent Van Duysen.
