Moto Guzzi
Italian make from Mandello del Lario on Lake Como; the horizontal single Falcone and later the transverse V-twin.
Carlo Guzzi and Giorgio Parodi founded Moto Guzzi in Mandello del Lario on Lake Como. The eagle in the badge honours a friend from the air force who died before the company started.
The V7 of 1967 had a transverse V-twin that became the brand's hallmark. Moto Guzzi is now part of Piaggio and still manufactures in Mandello del Lario.
