Pentagram

Design collective founded in London by five partners; owned by its partners, with offices in several countries.

Theo Crosby, Alan Fletcher, Colin Forbes, Kenneth Grange and Mervyn Kurlansky founded Pentagram in London. The office brought together graphic design, architecture and industrial design.

The partnership has grown to offices in New York, Berlin and other cities, and partners such as Paula Scher and Michael Bierut have created well-known identities.

The partner’s name is credited instead of a single house name.
