Royal Enfield

English make whose Bullet has also been made in India since the 1950s, where the make lives on.

The Enfield Cycle Company in Redditch in England made bicycles and then motorcycles under the name Royal Enfield. The Bullet came in the 1930s.

The Bullet was made under licence in India from the 1950s, and when the English factory closed the Indian one continued. Royal Enfield is now owned by India's Eicher Motors.
