Jeanne Paquin

Couturier

One of the first great women couturiers in Paris, with branches in London, Madrid and Buenos Aires.

Jeanne Paquin opened her house in Paris in 1891 and led the fashion section at the 1900 Exposition.

She worked with artists such as Léon Bakst and Paul Iribe and was among the first to send her clothes to the opera and the races as advertising.
