Campagnolos snabbkoppling
A lever that locks the wheel in the fork, so it can be changed without tools.
The story goes that Tullio Campagnolo had the idea when he could not loosen frozen wing nuts during a race in the Dolomites. The quick release is now fitted to almost every bicycle.
