Cartier Tank Américaine

An elongated Tank with a curved case, after a model of the 1920s.

The Tank Américaine was based on the Tank Cintrée of 1921. It was meant for the American market but sold all over the world.

Materials: Gold or steel; mechanical or quartz movement

Manufacture: Made in Switzerland; the case is curved to follow the wrist.

The long, narrow shape curved lengthwise.

Roman numerals and a railway track on the dial.
