Oliver Peoples Gregory Peck

The round thick-acetate glasses that became the brand’s signature model.

Oliver Peoples was started in Los Angeles in 1987 by Larry Leight. The brand made round glasses inspired by older American frames, and one of them was named after the actor Gregory Peck.

The model has become a classic in California and is worn by many cultural figures. Since 2014 the brand has been part of Luxottica.
