Yamaha NS-10

The small white speaker that became the studio’s reference monitor.
The NS-10 was originally meant as a bookshelf speaker for the home. The white cone gave a hard, clear sound that revealed flaws in a mix.
The speaker became a common reference monitor in recording studios. Many producers checked their mixes on it to hear how a recording sounded on small speakers.
