Braun TP 1
The portable combination of radio and record player that showed Rams’s design language.
The TP 1 was a portable combination of transistor radio and record player, designed by Dieter Rams. The clean box without decoration became an example of Braun’s austere design language.
It shows how Braun wanted to make apparatus that one could live with, without calling for attention.
