Bumling

A heavy, round aluminium pendant that became a classic in Swedish kitchens and dining rooms.

Anders Pehrson designed Bumling in 1968 for Ateljé Lyktan, where he worked. The name means a boulder rounded by ice.

The lamp shows the soft, round forms of the late 1960s. It is protected by copyright, so only a drawing is shown.

Materials: Spun and lacquered aluminium

Manufacture: Made by Ateljé Lyktan in Åhus.
