Cutlery for Georg Jensen
Silver cutlery with a soft, swelling handle that ends in an acorn-like form.
Georg Jensen opened his workshop in Copenhagen in 1904 and collaborated with artists such as Johan Rohde. In 1915 Rohde designed a cutlery pattern called Konge, in English Acorn.
The simple, soft forms of the cutlery show the transition from Art Nouveau to a more restrained style, and it has been made ever since.
