Look KG86
One of the first carbon-fibre frames to win the Tour de France, with Greg LeMond in 1986.
Look came from ski bindings and moved early into carbon fibre, which made the frame lighter than steel. Greg LeMond’s 1986 victory showed that the new material could survive the toughest race.
