Pimpernel

The wallpaper with small flowers and leaves that resembles a dense, repeating net.
Pimpernel was designed by William Morris in 1876 and is an example of his dense, repeating plant patterns. The form is a rhythmic repetition of flowers and leaves.
The pattern is still used as wallpaper and fabric and shows how Morris’s plant patterns work on a small scale.
