A fountain pen in striped celluloid through which you could see the ink.

The Vacumatic was filled by a pump mechanism without a rubber sac, so the body held more ink. The striped celluloid showed how much ink was left.

Materials: Laminated celluloid, gold nib

Manufacture: Made in Janesville, Wisconsin.

The narrow stripes in the celluloid, transparent between the coloured ones.

The arrow on the clip, which became Parker’s hallmark.
