Vivianna

A wristwatch that is a piece of jewellery: an open bangle in steel with a dial without numerals.

Torun Bülow-Hübe designed the Vivianna wristwatch for Georg Jensen in 1962. It was one of the first wristwatches in which the jewellery mattered as much as the time.

She liked to work with silver and steel and wanted jewellery to feel natural to wear. The watch has been made in many versions since.

Materials: Stainless steel, glass

Manufacture: Made by Georg Jensen.

The open ring that springs round the wrist.

The dial without numerals, like a mirror.

Stainless steel instead of gold or silver.
