Achille Castiglioni
Architect and designer
Italian designer who gave everyday objects humour and new functions.
Achille Castiglioni worked in Milan, for many years with his brother Pier Giacomo.
The brothers made lamps, furniture and appliances in which borrowed parts – a tractor seat, a car headlamp – took on new roles.
